Sign up for the FitzMe portal
The VitalitySurvey starts with an extensive survey which can you find on the FitzMe portal.
You need to sign up for the portal to get to the survey. Fill in the survey within the secure environment where you will also receive your result of the check. You can check the results in a personal and digital report in which you will also receive tailored advice based on your results. The FitzMe portal will then continue to guide with a personal approach by giving you tips and tricks that are suited to your needs.
Please ensure you indicate that you are working for Oracle when you sign up.

Personal digital report
After you have completed the survey, you will receive feedback in the form of a personal report in which the various results are clearly displayed and explained. The report will also give you advice to improve your vitality.
All your details (including your personal digital report, including your personal recommendations) are clearly stored together in the secure environment of the portal. They are only accessible by you.
Your privacy is guaranteed; your employer only gets to see an overall picture of the total group of participants. We also do not communicate anything to your employer that can be traced back to you. You do this entirely for yourself!

When you have received your report you can get started right away! Based on your personal data we will provide you with interesting information on the portal, in the form of articles, videos or, for example, online modules. This will help you to work towards a fitter and healthier life.
